Your questions
Can I bring over my existing members and open 10-session passes?
Yes. Your customers, active SEPA contracts, remaining pass balances and price lists all move over as part of our free assisted import.
My annual contract with Eversports still has months left. What should I do?
We set up SportzFreundeOS with you now and let you run the system in parallel free of charge until your current contract ends.
Will my Urban Sports Club and Wellpass integration keep working?
Yes. Check-ins and bookings from Urban Sports Club, Wellpass and Wellhub run in the same calendar as your regular bookings, complete with daily caps.
