Export customers and wallet balances
You export your customer list, including wallet balances and active memberships, as a CSV file.
Free parallel run during your remaining contract
We set up your booking page and tariffs with you for free. If your existing contract is still running, you use SportzFreundeOS in parallel free of charge until it ends.
Assisted data migration included
We import your customers, memberships, credits, price lists and upcoming bookings free of charge and review every entry with you.
Seamless launch day with zero downtime
We switch over together on your target date without your venue losing a single hour of bookings.
Your questions
Can I take my customer data and wallet balances with me when switching?
Yes. You export your customer list including wallet balances as a CSV file, and we handle the full import together with you free of charge.
Do my players pay a booking fee with SportzFreundeOS?
No. Neither you nor your players pay us a booking fee or commission. Your guests pay the exact court rate you set.
My existing contract is still running. Do I pay twice during the switch?
No. While your current contract with your previous provider is still active, you can run SportzFreundeOS in parallel free of charge.
