About us
Built by athletes who are on court themselves.
SportzFreundeOS is the all-in-one software for sports centres, padel and tennis venues, yoga studios, gyms, clubs and leisure facilities. In one system you run court and class booking, reception, memberships, payments, invoices, events and leagues. SportzFreundeOS is built in Cologne by Athletic Solutions 360 GmbH. You pay a flat monthly price with no commission and no booking fee for players, while all payments go straight into your own account.
Where we come from
We are out on court every week ourselves. In Cologne we run our own SportzFreunde Liga with 452 players in the first 2026 season, four sports and prizes for the top ten. Our schedules, results and standings run on the exact same system you use in your venue.
At the same time, we are software engineers through and through. On 1 October 2026, together with the DPV and Gerolsteiner, we powered the live event Gerolsteiner Creator × Profi at padelBOX Frechen. The tournament platform, broadcast overlays for SportEurope.tv, public live page and venue screens all ran on our system across ten teams and 32 matches.
SportzFreundeOS grew out of that hands-on experience. We know what Tuesday at 6 pm feels like when the phone rings at reception, a direct debit bounces at month-end or your tax adviser needs records. That is why booking, membership, payment, community and invoice connect in one flow, and every euro of revenue goes straight to you without commission.
What we stand for every day
- One system instead of separate tools.
- Booking, reception, members, billing, classes and tournaments work together, so your team never has to juggle five different tools.
- Takes daily work off your plate.
- We set up your venue with you for free and move your data across. AI-assisted workflows, reminders, invoices and month-end close take routine admin off your team.
- Adapts to your venue.
- You set your own prices, memberships, house rules and team roles. Players book on your own domain under your own name.
- Direct line to real people.
- When you have a question, you reach our team in Cologne directly. We know both court operations and every line of our software.
- What is yours stays yours.
- Your customers, your payout account and your data belong to you. All data is hosted in Germany under GDPR rules, and we take zero commission.
- Ready for German accounting.
- Every invoice goes out in your name under § 14 UStG, records follow GoBD rules and e-invoices are generated via ZUGFeRD.
