One fair surcharge based on your venue size.
Your band is set by whichever is higher between courts and active members. The size surcharge applies only once, regardless of your plan. Day guests without a membership do not count.

How is my monthly price calculated in SportzFreundeOS?
You start with Base from €19 a month. Depending on what you need, you add single modules or pick a bundle: Flex with three modules for €49, Business with seven for €89 or Complete with all ten for €129, before venue size and discount.
Do the listed prices include VAT?
All listed prices are monthly net prices plus statutory VAT.
Is there a commission or payment fee per booking?
No. We charge no commission, no booking fee for your players and no payment markup. All revenue goes straight to your own account.
How flexible is cancellation?
On a monthly plan, you can cancel any month. With annual prepayment, your plan runs for the paid year. To get started, you can test the system with no strings attached and cancel within the month.
What does it cost to migrate my existing data?
We set up your venue together with you and guide the migration of your existing customer, membership and booking data at no extra cost. You can also set up your venue yourself directly in the system at any time.
What applies to large venues above the Campus band?
Campus is our largest published size band, covering up to 48 courts or spaces and up to 6,000 active members. If your venue is larger, we talk personally and put together a tailored quote.
