Do you take a cut from my bookings?
No. We take neither a commission nor a booking fee from you or your guests. You only pay your flat monthly price plus standard payment processing fees with no markup from us.
What happens when a SEPA direct debit fails or bounces?
The amount is marked as open on the customer account automatically and built-in dunning takes over the payment reminders right away.
Can I set my own cancellation deadlines and fees?
Yes, you configure your cancellation bands and grace period to match your venue. Every booking keeps the exact rule that was active at checkout.
Do drop-in guests pay the same way as my members?
Yes, all payments run through the same system. Guests pay by card at checkout, while members can also use saved cards or their SEPA mandate.
