Can players check how many visits are left on their card themselves?
Yes, remaining visits and stored credit sit directly inside the customer account. Players see their balance at checkout and in the app, so nobody has to call reception.
What happens to the value when a player cancels a booking?
The visit or amount is credited straight back to the customer account. On their next booking, SportzFreundeOS applies that credit automatically without paper vouchers.
Can I restrict a 10-session card to mornings or a specific class type?
Yes, you scope each card to specific locations, sports, classes and time bands. A morning pack or class-only card also expires automatically on the date you set.
Can customers buy and redeem gift vouchers online as well?
Yes, gift vouchers run through the exact same stored-value account. The recipient redeems the code online and uses the balance for their next bookings.
