Plans apply at booking: An active contract adjusts the court price automatically when a member books. Included hours, quotas, early booking and guest rights run through one shared usage account.
Contracts with clear phases: Every plan maps phases like trial period, minimum term and monthly renewal cleanly. You set the fees to match each phase and age group.
Family and company plans: Payer and player can be separated cleanly on every contract. A parent covers the family or a company account carries the plans for its staff.
Pauses and cancellations: You enter membership pauses with one click and send cancellation confirmations with delivery proof. When you raise prices, affected members automatically get a special termination right.
Season passes and subscriptions: You set up summer passes, winter subscriptions and fixed weekly slots as their own contract types. Term, court entitlement and billing stay linked together.
Online sign-up with SEPA: New members sign up for their plan online and grant their SEPA mandate digitally. Nobody at the front desk has to type up paper forms anymore.

Do you collect the membership fees for us?

SEPA direct debit runs straight on your own creditor ID. SportzFreundeOS prepares the recurring collections for you automatically. The money lands directly in your own bank account.

Do membership benefits apply right when a member books?

Yes, all contract entitlements work directly as price rules at checkout. Members with included hours book at zero cost until their quota is used up. They can check their remaining allowance in their account.

How does it work when I increase membership fees?

You enter the price increase in the system with the required notice period. SportzFreundeOS informs the affected members automatically and grants their statutory special termination right. You do not have to send manual emails one by one.

Can members switch their plan in the middle of the month?

Yes, upgrades and downgrades work mid-month as well. SportzFreundeOS prorates the old and new fee down to the day. The difference is credited or charged directly on the same contract.
