Can parents sign up their children using their own account?
Yes, families are linked directly on your customer list. A parent registers the child and pays from their own account. Attendance in the course is still tracked on the child profile.
What happens when too few players sign up for a session?
You set a billed minimum headcount for every course. If you cancel the session, SportzFreundeOS notifies everyone registered automatically. Payments are refunded straight away according to your cancellation rule.
Do course fees run through the same billing as court bookings?
Yes, registration and payment use the same customer list and checkout flow as your courts. The invoice is created automatically inside your venue number range.
Does course management also work for club youth coaching?
Yes, youth training and club courses with coaches follow the exact same workflow. Waitlists and attendance tracking are included, and member discounts apply automatically through the membership.
