Can my reception team book for walk-in guests without an account?

Yes, that works right inside the day grid. Your front desk enters the booking for any guest, whether they have a profile or not. The confirmation is sent out to the player just like any other booking.

What do we do when a group does not show up for their court?

Your front desk marks the slot as a no-show right on the day grid. What happens next follows the house rules you have set up. That ranges from an internal note to a temporary booking block for repeat cases.

Can my part-time reception staff see all revenue and bank details?

No, the reception role has no access to your financial data. Your reception staff can create bookings, check guests in and move slots around. Payouts, accounting and financial adjustments stay reserved for management and finance roles.

Can we quickly move bookings to another court during busy hours?

Yes, you drag the booking onto the new slot or change it in the dialog. SportzFreundeOS checks availability automatically and updates the reservation. Notifications, waitlists and any price adjustments run in the background right away.
