- Every player with a booking automatically receives access for their reserved time window. Once the slot ends, the access right expires on its own.

- Court lighting switches on right on time for the booked slot. When a court sits empty, the lights stay off and save power.

Which door and lighting systems can I connect?
We support a defined list of tested door and lighting integrations. In our first conversation, we check your existing or planned hardware against that list.
Can I open my venue without staff during off-peak hours?
Yes, doors and lights follow the booking calendar even when nobody is at reception. Many venues staff their busy core hours and run early or late slots automatically.
What do the module and the required hardware cost?
The Access & Automation module costs 19 EUR a month. Any costs for hardware and external licences are disclosed transparently as separate items before activation.
What happens to the access right when a player cancels?
When a booking is cancelled, the access right ends immediately. Anyone who cancels or never booked cannot open the door or switch on the court lights.
