No, your players pay the exact court price you set for your venue. Neither your guests nor you pay us a booking fee or commission, even when a new player discovers your hall in the app.
Do all of my customers have to download the app?
No, nobody is forced to install the app. Casual guests keep booking without an account or download straight on your own website. For regulars, the app is a handy extra for everyday play.
How do players on Android phones use the app?
The app runs on the iPhone and as a web app in the browser. That covers every smartphone without requiring a download.
What does it cost me when a new player discovers my venue in the app?
Nothing extra. Players discover venues, events and leagues in the app, and you pay no referral fee for new customers. Your prices apply and the money goes straight to your own account.
